Props you’ll need to organize a basic escape room

Boxes

Option #1 – Boxes that comes with hasps

Option #2 – Boxes where you install the hasp yourself. (Install the hasp on the side of the box to keep the front mechanism working properly)

Option #3 – Boxes where you can add rope/cord to the outside to hold a lock. (Not as secure for the players, but still works. How-to video here.)

Option #4 – Manilla envelopes with a hole punched towards the top to put the lock through. (Again, not as secure, but let players know they need to unlock the lock before opening the envelope)
